 Pay as you go support will be charged at £45.00 for our technician to connect to your system and resolve or advise on your issue. This will be for the connection and support for up to 1 hour.  If your issue is resolved within 1 hour and below 30 minutes, you will be credited 30 minutes to use on your next support call. Support calls that go over the 1 hour will be calculated and charged per 30 minutes. 

Details will be e-mailed to the user, who can return here and purchase further credits.
