  1.  We supply and install all elements needed for us to quickly connect and resolve any issues. 
  2.  The provision of equipment, software and licenses are built into the contract package price.
  3.  All hardware and software are still the property of IT Medic (South West). This insures that we maintain and update all elements and thus relieve the customer of any more aspect to be concerned about.
  4.   Benefits are that we will also configure the service so that we are able to continuously monitor customer systems.
  5.  Completion of regular health checks without visiting or shutting down any systems or costly onsite visits. 
  6.  All systems under contract to IT Medic are given individual priority and specifically identified.
  7.  Reports and updates can be generated and presented to all customers on request and most importantly in a format which non IT people can understand.
